Amman now —:—

Twenty minutes on video; the link arrives with the invite. Times show in your own time zone. No time that works? Write to hello@recastux.com.

The call

Twenty minutes, in three parts.

There is no presentation. The time goes on your product, and what we say about it is yours to keep whether or not we work together.

  1. 5 minutes

    You show us the product

Share your screen or send a link beforehand. We look at it the way your users do, starting with the screens that bother you most.

  2. 10 minutes

We agree up to 3 tasks

Together we pick up to 3 real tasks from your product for the one-week pilot, and write down what done looks like for each, so the week has a finish line.

  3. 5 minutes

    You get a straight answer

Whether we are the right fit, when the pilot can start, and what it costs: $490 once for the pilot, credited against your first month, or $3,900 a month if you would rather start the plan.

After the call

What the pilot is, if you go ahead.

The pilot is a paid test run of the plan, not a lighter version of it. The full week, day by day.

  • One week

Seven days from the start date. The team works weekends, so any day can be day one.

  • Up to 3 tasks at once

Real screens or flows from your product, agreed on the call, worked at the same time.

  • First concepts in 48 hours

Two directions on each task, with a recommendation, then revisions until you stop having notes.

  • Delivered by the week's end

Figma with tokens and components, a spec frame per screen, and a recorded walkthrough. Yours to keep.

  • $490, paid once

Credited in full against your first month if you start the $3,900 plan within ninety days. Refunded if we cannot offer a start date you accept.

Questions

Asked before booking.

What is a pilot call?

A free 20-minute video call with the lead designer who would run your work at Recast. You show your product, we agree up to 3 tasks for a one-week pilot, and you leave knowing the price, the scope and when it can start. There is no deck and no pitch.

Does the pilot call cost anything?

No. The call is free and carries no obligation. The pilot itself is $490, paid once, and only if you decide to go ahead; that $490 is credited against your first month if you later start the plan.

Who will I speak to?

Daniel Makhamreh, lead designer at Recast, who has designed more than 300 products, apps and websites. The person on the call is the person accountable for the work.

What should I prepare?

Nothing formal. Bring access to the product or a few screenshots, and an idea of the two or three screens or flows that cause the most trouble. If you have analytics, support tickets or user feedback about them, bring those too.

How soon can the pilot start after the call?

We confirm a start date within one day of the call. The team works every day of the week, so the pilot can begin on any day, and its tasks are delivered by the end of that week.

Can the call be in Arabic?

Yes. The call can be in English or Arabic, and the pilot can include the Arabic, right-to-left version of a screen as one of its tasks.

What if I already know I want the plan?

You can skip the call and start the plan from the pricing page: $3,900 a month, with a 14-day full refund. The pilot call is for teams that would rather see the work on their own product first.

Rather not wait for a call?

Start the pilot now and tell us the tasks at checkout, or create an account and look around the dashboard first. Either way, the call stays on offer.
