Designed in Amman, for where you ship.
Recast is a product design studio in Amman, Jordan, working with teams in Jordan, the Gulf, the UK and North America. Arabic and English are designed natively by people who read both, on the same clock as Riyadh, seven days a week. Each page covers what is specific to designing for that market.

Pick the market you ship in.
- Saudi ArabiaArabic-first products for Saudi users: right-to-left by default, mada at checkout, Nafath sign-in, Hijri beside Gregorian. Designed in Amman, on Riyadh's clock.
- United Arab EmiratesBilingual products for a country where Arabic and English users sit side by side: the language switch, UAE Pass, the dirham symbol. Designed in Amman, an hour behind Dubai.
- JordanThe home market. A studio in Amman for Jordanian products: Arabic and English, CliQ and eFAWATEERcom in the payment flow, and a meeting in person when it helps.
Side by side
How do Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Jordan differ for a product team?
In the default language, the working week, the digits, the currency and how we work with you. The flows of a product can stay the same across the three markets; these settings cannot.
The price is one plan in US dollars. The riyal and the dirham are pegged to the dollar and the dinar is fixed to it, so the local figures below hold steady from month to month.

Questions
Asked before the call.
Does Recast have offices in the Gulf?
- No. Recast is one studio, in Amman, Jordan. Teams in Saudi Arabia and the UAE work with us remotely, on the same clock as Riyadh and one hour behind Dubai. Clients in Jordan can also meet us in person.
Is the price the same in every country?
- Yes. There is one plan, $3,900 a month, billed in US dollars wherever you are, and one pilot at $490. That is about SAR 14,625, AED 14,323 or JOD 2,765 a month at the pegged and fixed rates.
Can one product be designed for several Gulf markets at once?
- Yes. The flows are designed once and the differences are kept as settings in the design system: digits, the first day of the week, month names, currency and its symbol, VAT, payment methods and the national sign-in. Each country page lists what changes there.
Do you work with teams outside these three countries?
- Yes. Recast works with teams in Jordan, the Gulf, the UK and North America. Amman is two to three hours ahead of London and seven to eight ahead of New York. These three countries have pages because their markets change the design itself.
