For agencies · White-label included

A design team behind your brand, with our name nowhere.

Recast works as a white-label product design team for agencies. For $3,900 a month you file unlimited tasks across as many of your clients as you like, five are worked at once, and everything is delivered under your brand in per-client folders with an NDA as standard. White-label delivery is included in the plan at no extra charge, and the same team can build the front end.

How it works

What does white-label design mean in practice?

It means your client sees one company: yours. You file the task in your Recast workspace, we design it, and it comes back as a Figma file, a spec frame and a walkthrough with your agency's name on them.

Each of your clients gets its own folder, with its own brand profile, so a designer picking up a task for one client never works from another's colours or tone. We do not contact your clients, and we do not show white-label work in our portfolio.

  • Per-client folders

One workspace for your agency, one folder per client, each with its own brand, files and task history.

  • Your name on the deliverables

Figma files, spec frames, token sheets and the recorded walkthrough are delivered under your brand.

  • NDA as standard

Signed before the first task. Your client list and their work stay confidential.

  • Calls your way

The lead designer can join client calls as part of your team, or stay behind you and brief you instead.

The first month

What do agencies usually file first?

Most agencies start with the project they would otherwise turn down: a client who wants an app or a product redesigned, when the agency has developers and no designers.

Because five tasks run at once, one plan usually carries two or three client projects side by side. A typical first month is a product flow for one client, a marketing site for a second and a design system clean-up for a third, each revised until the client stops having notes.

  • Product and app screens

Flows, states and spec frames for the build your developers are about to start.

  • Client websites

Designed, and built in Webflow or Framer under your name if you want the build too.

  • Arabic and RTL versions

For agencies with Gulf clients: the Arabic version designed as a version, not mirrored.

  • Design systems

Tokens and components your developers can theme, so the second project for a client is faster than the first.

The numbers

How does the cost work for an agency?

You pay one flat fee and set your own price to your clients. There is no per-client charge, no per-seat charge and no minimum term.

The fee is the same whether one client or six are in the queue, so the margin is yours to set. If a month is quiet you can pause, and the unused days carry forward to the month you resume.

Questions

Asked before the call.

Will my client know Recast did the work?

No. With white-label delivery our name does not appear on any file, spec, video or message intended for your client, we do not contact your client, and we do not show the work in our portfolio. An NDA is signed before the first task.

Is white-label an extra charge?

No. It is included in the $3,900 plan. You switch it on at signup, or afterwards by asking us.

How many of my clients can I run through one plan?

As many as you like. The plan limits how many tasks are worked at the same time, which is five, not how many clients they belong to. The rest wait in your queue in the order you set.

Can your designers join my client calls?

Yes. Your lead designer can join as part of your team, introduced however you prefer, or stay in the background and brief you before the call.

Can you build what you design?

Yes. Front-end build hours are included in the plan: React, Next.js, Webflow or Framer, built by the same team from the file they designed. If your own developers are building, they get a spec frame and tokens instead.

What if a client project ends and I have nothing to file?

Pause the plan from the dashboard. The unused days in the month are banked and carry forward to the day you resume. There is no notice period and no fee.

Twenty minutes. Your product on the screen.

The pilot call is with the lead designer who would run your work. Show the screens that bother you most, pick up to 3 tasks for a one-week pilot, and leave knowing the price and the scope. The call is free; the pilot is $490 once, credited against your first month.
