The challenge
Beyond Pilates is a boutique fitness studio in Amman with a premium feel in the room and a manual process behind it. Class bookings, credit balances and attendance lived in messages and spreadsheets, and the website did not look like the studio.
The brief was a dual-platform system: a client-facing reservation website that reflects the brand, and an internal tool that takes the admin off the staff.
What we did
- Effortless client reservations. Members log in, buy credits and reserve classes in a few clicks, with a calendar of available classes by day, coach and time.
- A credit-based system. Packages of one, four and eight classes, priced in JD, with a personal dashboard showing the balance and upcoming and past bookings.
- An employee management portal. Staff add classes, assign instructors, track client attendance and manage payments from one centralised backend.
- Real-time attendance tracking, so the studio always knows who attended, cancelled or missed a class, which keeps members accountable and lets the studio manage capacity.
- A fully responsive design, so both clients and staff can manage their schedules from a phone.
- A brand-aligned aesthetic: soft tones, a minimal layout and calm visuals that reflect the studio's wellness philosophy while keeping a professional edge. Built on React and Firebase.
The result
Members now book and pay in the same place, and the studio runs its week from a portal rather than a chat thread. Because both sides share one Firebase backend, a class added by staff is bookable immediately and an attendance change shows on both screens.
