The challenge

Oasis Hospitality Group runs several venues in Amman: a Nikkei restaurant, a casual spot, a restaurant and a deli and bakery. Each had its own way of taking orders, and none of them knew a guest from the others. There was no shared loyalty, no shared menu control and no shared view of who was ordering what.

The group wanted one experience across its venues: guests browse, order and earn rewards wherever they are, and the group keeps full control over menus, orders and customer relationships without a developer on call.

What we did

  • A guest-first ordering experience. A polished, appetising interface that shows each restaurant's menu, with a cart and checkout designed to turn hunger into a completed order in a few taps.
  • A rewards and loyalty engine. Guests earn points on every order and redeem them across the group's venues; the loyalty mechanics are built to drive repeat visits and long-term relationships rather than one-off discounts.
  • A vendor dashboard for operations. Incoming orders arrive and are managed in real time, and menus can be added to, edited and trimmed instantly across every restaurant.
  • Centralised customer data, so the group has a clear view of guest behaviour and preferences across venues.
  • A connected ecosystem: the mobile app, the ordering system and the vendor dashboard on a single backend, so data is consistent at every venue and new restaurants, menus and promotions launch without a rebuild. Built in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with Flutter for the app.

The result

Guests now have one app for the whole group, with one balance of points that works everywhere. The group has one dashboard for orders and menus across venues, and one picture of its customers instead of four.

The same foundation carried the group's bakery, Olivestone, which got its own ordering app and in-store loyalty tablet on the shared backend.
